The Pantarei Approach

The Pantarei Approach is a BODY-ORIENTED DIALOGUE that works with CONVERSATION and ATTENTIVE TOUCH to notice what is already present in you. Your body carries experiences, reactions, decisions, and possibilities. In a session, we bring attention to these in a concrete and grounded way, always in the present moment and at your own pace.

Through RESPECTFUL TOUCH and EMPATHIC DIALOGUE, a space opens in which you can sense what your body is expressing right now. This is not about theory or analysis, but about DIRECT EXPERIENCE. You begin to recognize what is already moving within you and how it shows itself physically, emotionally and energetically.

From this awareness, CLARITY and ORIENTATION can emerge, along with decisions that truly FIT YOUR LIFE. Each session is individual, because each person is individual. There is no fixed formula applied to you. We work with what is real in the moment. Pantarei is a practice of PRESENCE that is DEEPLY HUMAN.

How it works

How Sessions Unfold

Sessions begin with CONVERSATION. We talk about what brings you here, what you notice, what feels alive or difficult.    I will ask you many questions. 

From there, we may move to the treatment table, where I work with GENTLE, INTENTIONAL TOUCH. I follow what your body shows me, and I invite you to stay present with what you feel. There is an ONGOING CONVERSATION between us.

Everything happens at YOUR PACE. You are always in charge.

There is no right or wrong experience. THERE IS ONLY YOURS.

Who This Is For

This work may speak to you if:

  • You are going through a TRANSITION and need ground beneath your feet.
  • You feel DISCONNECTED from your body or from yourself.
  • You carry TENSION, RESTLESSNESS or a sense of BEING STUCK and want to understand it differently.
  • You are curious about what it means to really INHABIT your own EXPERIENCE.
  • You want a space where NOTHING needs to be PERFORMED or EXPLAINED away.

You don’t need a clear reason to come. Sometimes it’s enough to feel that something is asking for your attention.

About Me

I am a certified Pantarei practitioner working with the body as the starting point for awareness and development. My path to this work grew from a deep interest in how we live in our bodies and how they hold what words alone cannot always express.

In my sessions, I create a clear and steady space where you can explore at your own pace. Through attentive touch and dialogue, what is present becomes tangible – emotions, tension, inner movement – allowing clarity and orientation to emerge in an embodied way.

I work with care, precision, and genuine curiosity, meeting each person where they are.

“Being unfamiliar with Pantarei, I wasn’t sure what to expect from my session with Anna! But she made me feel so comfortable and safe to open up. Leading up to the session I felt that I had a lot of pent up emotional energy. I felt like I could explode emotionally and unexpectedly at any moment. (For example, If something in my day went slightly wrong). During my session with Anna she enquired into all things about me. She asked genuine questions about my past, my present and what makes me who I am. It was gentle yet really engaging and it helped me go deeper into some issues that I didn’t realize were causing me so much stress. After becoming emotional I felt that I had realized something truly important about myself in that moment, and I have been able to take action on it now that she moved it into my awareness. The session was both deeply relaxing and releasing as well as powerful and moving. I felt a lot in my body where it was heavy and storing emotional baggage and blockages. I really left feeling that she activated parts of my body that were ‘offline’ and also shifted some emotions for me to begin to address more consciously.
