HI, This is us
I’m Anna.
I’m fascinated by our bodies and the personal stories every human being carries inside. This led me to study the Pantarei Approach, where I learned to connect human experience to the sensations and aliveness found in the body. Driven by the question of what it means to feel fully alive I find more and more unique answers working with people. As a Pantarei Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and in my work in business environments I’m on a mission to bring embodiment, self-understanding and human connection into this world.

I’m Hanna.
A Pantarei Approach practitioner, as well as a molecular and cellular biologist and ceramic artist by training. Fascinated by many aspects of life, I have explored modalities from yoga to performance, from scientific research to conceptual arts: all integral parts of me. Integrating and connecting to our unique set of resources and strengths is what I have learned to be key in accessing your superpowers. Let’s dive in and start living your full richness.
